		<description><![CDATA[just watched this ep on my dvr.  my dvr was broken and the entire episode was basically on mute.  lets just say, from what i saw, it wasn&#039;t a big deal.  I think you&#039;re exactly right about the murder case -- Tom even said &quot;diana, this isn&#039;t our case&quot;  really, an old woman dying isn&#039;t a national threat that needs to be assessed?  tough call there tom.  I agree about richard, but its possible that the guy who makes the opening credits simply couldn&#039;t fit his last name on the screen, so they had to drop him from the show.]]></description>
