As for Juno, I definitely enjoyed it, and I appreciate your, well, appreciation of it. But no matter how good, unique or refreshing it is, I can’t ever see it as Best Picture worthy. Never. It just doesn’t come close to that level of excellence, at least not in my book. But I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Secondly, you make me think about things from a different angle and inspire me to make a list of movies to rent (Once and Eternal Sunshine) and go see (The Diving Bell).
Finally, I am loathe to admit to you that I actually enjoyed “Juno” (clearly I am not alone) because it was refreshing and an almost tongue in cheek look at a very serious and prevalent subject matter. I will continue to read your entries and just wanted you to know that your words and opinions are valued and noted (if not always agreed upon).
