Although there are paper copies of all the material in volumnes of file cabinets, she also has all the info from all of them in her head.

Looks different from her ad appearance, but you recognize the voice.

She’s a member of the Groundlings Theater out here in LA, one of the best sketch/improv groups in the country– I’ve seen her perform live half a dozen times! Plus, as you mentioned, she’s had bit parts here and there in film and television. We can final cross that one off, whew.
