hi. It’s my first time to visit your site. I only chanced upon it by accident and i would just like to say that you’re a BRILLIANT WRITTER! Funny, witty and absolutely right on the mark with your opinions. I agree with you on everything…except the one fact that you liked wayne palmer.I think he’s a sissy and i cant believe americans would actually vote a sissy for president…he was totally unconvincing as one too. But other than that, i feel like i’m reading my own thoughts. Specially about not liking maia in the 4400…that really cracked me up! anyways, goodluck to you. You should be doing this professionally. Somebody should pay you to write because you are really GOOD

Wow, Cara. Thank you SO much! I’m so glad you enjoy the site and I hope you continue to read, and more importantly, share your opinions on other posts. I always love to know what other readers are thinking.

For the record, Wayne Palmer is ok. I certainly wouldn’t consider myself a fan of his. But certainly my allegiance belongs to his big brother, David. In fact, I own a David Palmer for President t-shirt, which I will perhaps wear today in your/his honor.

Please keep reading, and I hope to hear from you again very soon!

  7. Jon Piper

    hey maven,
Piper just wanted to ask how you like Cloverfield? Personally, i didn’t care for the home video type of stuff, and it was really unbelievable (in a bad way). The only really cool thing were some graphics and how intense it was, but otherwise I thought it was God awful. Give me an e-mail convincing me I’m wrong because I just hated it and have told my friends NOT to see it…
    -Piper
    P.S. Your writing is magnificent
